A free browser extension that puts VitalPlate beside you while you shop online — it flags items that don’t fit your profile as you browse and keeps your day-by-day shopping list a tap away, with checked-off items synced across your devices.

How does it know the right portions?expand_more
VitalPlate calculates your daily calorie and protein targets from your body — weight, height, age, sex, activity, and goal — and sizes every plan to hit them. Change your weight or goal and the amounts update instantly.
How does the menu scanner work?expand_more
Point your camera at a restaurant menu and VitalPlate reads the dishes and flags which ones fit your profile — so you can order without decoding the menu in your head.
Where can I shop for the ingredients?expand_more
Your plan becomes an organized shopping list, grouped and with pantry items already accounted for. Take it to any store, or copy it into your grocery app of choice.
